Trench & Replace Method

When replacing your cast iron pipes, it is necessary to get to the original lines, under your home. In most cases this requires cutting open your slab and digging a trench to gain access.

The trench and replace method will inevitably displace the family/business during the process. It requires a MUCH longer timeframe. Once the pipe is replaced the holes must be refilled, the concrete re-poured, the floors need to be re-finished, then you can start on any cabinets, walls, etc. that had to be removed during the process.

Cast Iron Pipe Lining Method

When using the pipe lining method of repairing your plumbing, we are able to do so without tearing up your home/business.

Cast Iron pipe lining is a process of placing a pliable sealed insert all the way through your plumbing system. Once in place it is inflated to maximum pressure until it cures. Once the new solid pipe is in place, we use a video camera inspection to verify that the system is in place, in tact, and totally usable.
